Get out and see the wonders of the Allegheny Mountains with YPA!

On Saturday, July 24, YPA will hold a group hike at Babcock Ridge State Park, located east of Windber on Route 56. The hike, scheduled to launch at 10 a.m. from the Babcock Ridge Picnic Area, will partially follow the John P. Saylor trail, breaking off at the Bog Path to keep the hike to a manageable 4-mile loop (approximately).

The entire hike should take between 90 minutes to two hours. If you’d like, you can even pack a lunch and enjoy a picnic at the picnic area at the hike’s conclusion. This event is free to participate and is weather permitting.
